If I purchase an Items'14 Antwerp piece, how long will it be before I receive it of it is not in stock?
Each item of Items 14 Antwerp,
is hand knit when the order is placed.
Please allow 14 working days
for creating your unique item.
What if my garment
starts to pill?
Our Items made of wool, cashmere, silk or cotton may pill, as it has not been treated with synthetic coating.
If pilling does occur do not despair. This is a natural process where friction causes the short fibres to migrate to the surface. Once removed these will disappear.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges if my garment doesn’t fit, is damaged or I simply change my mind?
Items'14 Antwerp has a
14 day return policy.
Any unwanted items must be returned back to us, in their original condition with tags attached, within 14 days of receipt.

Returns section of our website for more information on refunds and exchanges.
Once you place your order we don’t accept cancellations because you have a change of heart. We can cancel your order and offer store credit but we don’t offer refunds on cancellations.
How do I take care to my handmade knit?
Wool has a protective layer by nature and is antistatic.
As a result, unlike synthetic yarns such as acrylic
and polyester, it does not attract dirt.
You wash your wool clothing as little as possible, because of it's self-cleaning ability,
airing is often enough.
To clean your Items' 14 Antwerp piece, we suggest dry-cleaning or a cold-cool hand wash with less liquid wool dergent.
Do not tumble dry.
Let it dry flat, do not hang vertically. Cool Iron as needed.
